Hotel Information

NWP's Annual Meeting is held in conjunction with the NCTE Annual Convention in New York City, which runs November 15–20. NCTE's headquarters hotel is the Marriott Marquis Times Square.

Booking Hotel Rooms

NWP participants can book hotel rooms through the NCTE New York Housing Bureau. NWP has also reserved a small block of rooms at the Crowne Plaza Times Square Hotel. NWP participants can book rooms directly online (group code: NWP) with the Crowne Plaza or by calling 800-243-6969 and specifying the National Writing Project rooming block.

The NWP group rate is $399 per night plus tax (single or double).
