2011 NWP Annual Meeting

November 17, 2011

Chicago, Illinois

NWP's 2011 Annual Meeting is held in conjunction with the National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE) Convention. The meeting is designed to facilitate strategic thinking and planning opportunities for NWP sites, create time for sites to hear and learn from each other, and provide a chance for the NWP office to hear from sites and to share updates on funding, grant opportunities, and other planning.

Annual Meeting Survey

As we plan for events and communications in the coming year, we'd like to hear from you about your Annual Meeting experience.

Please take a few minutes to complete the online survey.

The deadline to complete the survey is December 18.

Friday features a writing marathon hosted by the Chicago Area Writing Project and the University of Illinois Writing Project; a general discussion of NWP's new online spaces, NWP Connect and Digital Is; and a chance to dig into Digital Is.

Also, the National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE) celebrates its centennial birthday at this year’s annual convention. Be sure to also visit the NWP booth at NCTE’s Exhibit Hall at the Chicago Hilton in spaces 411 and 413.
