Lodging for the Spring Meeting is available at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill , 400 New Jersey Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. Reservations can be made by calling 1-888-421-1442. Our special NWP rates at the Hyatt are: Single Occupancy—$299.00; Double Occupancy—$299.00; Triple Occupancy—$324.00; and Quadruple Occupancy—$349.00. The deadline to book at these NWP rates is February 26, 2012.

After Booking Your Room

If more than one person will be occupying a room at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill, please register all guests with the hotel once the names are known. This will allow each guest to be able to check in to the room, and for payment arrangements (e.g., a split bill) to be confirmed upon check-in.
