David Meyerowitz, President and CEO, founded Strategic Capital Corporation in 1994. Mr. Meyerowitz has extensive investment experience and a successful record of structuring financing programs with blue-chip institutional investors. He has built Strategic Capital into one of the largest participants and financiers in the secondary private cash flow market. Strategic Capital has originated and aggregated over $1.5 billion of future payments.
Prior to founding Strategic Capital, Mr. Meyerowitz focused primarily on real estate development and investment and has been involved in over one million square feet of real estate development in the United States and Canada.
Mr. Meyerowitz graduated magna cum laude from The University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce. He is married and has three children. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of the NWP, he is involved in numerous community and volunteer activities.
