SITES WILL RECEIVE NEW PUBS BY MAIL THIS MONTH ––
Later this month, sites will receive a complimentary copy of Teaching the New Writing, edited by teacher-leaders from the Western Massachusetts Writing Project and co-published by NWP and Teachers College Press. Participate in a special Teachers Teaching Teachers webcast with the editors on June 10, 9-10 p.m. EST / 6-7 p.m. PST.

The mailing will include 30 copies of the 2009 brochure to welcome teachers to the summer institute and introduce them to the NWP network, and 30 copies of NWP's latest tri-fold brochure.

REGISTER NOW FOR 2009 NWP E-ANTHOLOGY ––
It's time to plan your site's participation in the 2009 E-Anthology. Early registration allows time to review resources and make plans to integrate E-Anthology into your summer institutes. Sites must designate an e-facilitator to register the site and serve as the main contact. Deadline: June 30.

APPLY FOR STATE AND REGIONAL NETWORK MINIGRANTS ––
State and regional networks of sites are invited to apply for an NWP minigrant. Application materials are available online now, and the submission period will be June 1 through July 1.
