The 2010-2011 Continued Funding Application is available to download. Core funding is set at $46,000. Please review updated CFA materials now末they include revisions to the narrative and a new cost-share allowance for waived university indirect costs. Questions? BACK-TO-SCHOOL PRESS RELEASE AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL USE 末
NWP has created a "back-to-school" press release highlighting the more than 3,000 summer institute participants who are returning to the classroom, renewed from their writing project experience. Site leaders can modify this press release for local use末just revise to include your site name, data, and a new quote, and send it to your local media. START THE SCHOOL YEAR WITH A MESSAGE TO YOUR LEGISLATORS 末
This summer's outreach effort has generated letters to more than 50 members of Congress, at least two site visits by congressional staffers, and responses from legislators honoring the work of writing project sites. With the new school year beginning, please consider letting your legislators know about the new ideas and approaches you will bring to the classroom and how the writing project has helped your teaching practice.
