This session addresses the practical conversations that sites have with administrators in order to contract and arrange for inservice work. Two experienced site leaders will share how they prepare for and conduct conversations with administrators that “seal the deal.” Workshop participants will develop their own sets of strategies and materials so that they can conduct productive conversations with administrators in their own service area.
