What is the work of a site’s inservice coordinator, and how can a site find, nurture, and support this vital leader? Inservice coordinators from several sites will present the processes they use to solicit and develop programs, build capacity at their sites to lead the programs, and cope with the challenges of business planning, marketing, and competition. Participants will explore models and resources that have been useful to other sites. This workshop will be of interest to site directors and teacher-consultants wishing to inquire into the development of inservice work at a site.
