We’ll share stories and case studies, explore planning strategies, and address such FAQs as • How can outgoing site leaders ease the transition? • What is the learning curve for new directors? • What leadership habits and structures strengthen a site? • What about the feelings involved? This hands-on workshop is designed for leaders of sites that have recently undergone a leadership change, are presently involved in one, or are anticipating one.
