QuestionsA4 Planning for a Site’s Web Presence: What Have We Learned?
Join site teams as they present and discuss what they’ve learned as they develop their site’s presence on the Web. Each presenter attended a Web Presence retreat last spring with the express purpose of re-examining and strategically planning for his or her site’s Web presence. Seven months later, they will share successes as well as challenges they’ve encountered along the way. Workshop participants will engage with site teams in discussions about the planning process, both at the retreat and then as it continued back at the local site, and how those strategic plans are being implemented.
