QuestionsA2 Building and Sustaining a Technology Team
This session explores the reasons to develop a technology team and a range of ways in which a team might be composed and sustained. Reflecting on the word “team,” we’ll expand the notion of who should be included in a tech team and what they might bring to such a group. The presenters will share their sites’ experiences establishing and developing teams of teacher-consultants to support the expansion of technology in all areas of their sites’ work. In small groups, participants will reflect on how the learning from these two sites might inform their own sites’ development of tech teams.
