In this workshop, we’ll examine the relationship between site development and leadership development, focusing on recruiting, mentoring, and organizing teacher-leaders to undertake the work of the site. Participants will write and collaborate to explore the challenges sites face and examine strategies to strengthen their efforts in each area. Together we’ll also consider a variety of models and resources with which other sites have had success.
