This workshop focuses on the central role of recruiting in the development of a site, looks at the challenges that sites face, and explores strategies to address them. Participants will write and collaborate to identify the challenges and to develop a definition and theory of action for recruitment. Together we’ll consider a variety of strategies, models, and resources for successful recruiting.
