In this workshop for new sites, we’ll look beyond the summer invitational institute to the development of year-round programs as we consider the relationship between site development and the development of teacher-leaders. Together we’ll explore the roles that recruiting and mentoring play in the development of teacher-leaders, and examine a variety of resources and models for organizing site leadership teams.
