Designed for site leaders interested in expanding their site’s work by developing leadership opportunities for content-area teachers, this workshop will explore questions such as
- How can our writing project site attract strong content-area teachers?
- How are content-area teachers’ needs and interests similar to and different from those of English teachers?
- What might we need to change or add to our current program and materials to meet these needs?
- What tools exist for beginning conversations and sustaining respectful partnerships with content-area teachers?
