This workshop will explore the connection between site development and leadership development in the early years of an NWP site. The leaders of two sites will share their reflections on the connection between continuity and leadership development, along with deliberate strategies, program models, and resources that have engaged teacher-leaders and inspired them to take on leadership roles and responsibilities at their sites.
