Can career development in higher education (including tenure and promotion) and leading a writing project site be compatible? Join site leaders both well established and just starting their academic careers to see how they leverage writing project work to earn tenure and promotion. We will share results from a survey about how the writing project figures into academic careers. Small groups will brainstorm how to address challenges and discuss NWP support for new faculty site leaders.
