Ruth Devlin is a teacher-consultant with the Southern Nevada Writing Project and a co-chair of the Teacher Inquiry Communities Network. She teaches third grade English language learners at Paradise Professional Development School in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she has lived for the past twenty-five years. She is currently writing a children's picture book about the Mojave Desert.
