2007 Continued Funding Application Instructions and Forms

The deadline for receipt of the original, complete with all signatures, and four copies of the hardcopy Continued Funding Application at the NWP office in Berkeley, California, is January 10, 2007.

The online submission period is January 4-January 10, 2007.

New this year: If you have filed a Continued Funding Application (CFA) in the past, you will notice several changes in the format of this year's documents. You will find one document that contains the CFA instructions and a separate document that contains the CFA narrative and forms. We have redesigned the documents for ease of use.

Please follow these steps:

  • Download the five required documents below (plus samples as needed).
  • Read the instructions completely.
  • Open each application document and immediately click File, then Save As, and save your document using the naming protocol in the CFA instructions.
  • To submit your electronic documents, go to the Ready to Submit button found toward the bottom of this page (available January 4–10, 2007).
  • Submit each application document to NWP as a separate electronic file. Please note: The online submission is in addition to the hardcopy submission.
