San Juan College's English department, the Bisti Writing Project, the Center for Teaching Excellence and a loose collection of professors from other departments teamed up to coordinate the event on campus. They provided a room full of laptops for passers-by to stop and contribute to the online gallery, and about a dozen classes walked over to the room throughout the day.

Hard copies of some of the writing decorated the room and readings were held to promote a creative atmosphere.

Bibo's entry was an excerpt from her notebook, which she calls her comments journal, reflecting on a visit to see her ailing grandmother. It was a personal piece, but Bibo enjoys the opportunity to share it in an online gallery and to read the work of other writers.
