Writing Project Co-Director, Ron Fischer, says the workshop can be a life-changing experience, and each participant has the opportunity to gain many useful teaching tools.
"They're with each other all day long, 9 to 4, and talking about their teaching and sharing what they do, and reading and writing about teaching and their classrooms and their experiences, and their students. Guess what? That's going to to make a big difference in them, and it does."
