Summer Program Gives West Virginia Teachers Confidence

Paul Epstein, co-director of the writing project, is also a Title I reading and technology teacher at Ruffner Elementary School.

Epstein hopes the summer institute is a springboard for teachers who become confident enough in their own writing to mentor or give advice to colleagues at their schools.
