Registration FAQs

The instructions say I have to sign up for NWP Interactive to register. I might have joined already, but I'm not sure. What should I do?

If you have lost or forgotten your user name or password, retrieve your login information. If you do not have an account, please join NWP Interactive.

For any problems signing up with NWP Interactive, please send an email to the webmaster.

Once I've logged in to NWP Interactive, how do I register for sessions?
On the breakout sessions pages and the "Calling All Makers" event page, click on the link that says “Register” next to the session or event description you would like to attend. The page will reload and will say “You Are Registered” next to your selected session. To cancel, click on the “Unregister” link next to the session you registered for.

I forgot what I registered for. Where can I find the sessions I’ve signed up for?
The sessions you signed up for will be displayed on your My sessions page, which can be accessed by clicking the link in the left-hand column of all Annual Meeting pages. You may also visit any of the session or event registration pages, where the sessions you signed up for will display a check mark and say “You are registered.”

Will I receive confirmation for the sessions I’ve signed up for?
Email confirmations will be sent in November. Please bring the confirmation to the meeting.

Do I need to bring my confirmation to the Annual Meeting?
Yes, the email confirmation you will receive in November is your ticket to enter sessions.

I received a confirmation from NWP, but I lost it. Can I still attend?
Yes, but you will need to check in before your session starts. Be sure to arrive early so that your spot is not given away to someone on the waiting list.

All the sessions I want to register for are full. Is there any way I can still attend?
There may be limited availability in some sessions on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are not registered and would like to attend a session, please go to NWP Central.

My email address will change next month. Can you mail me my confirmation?
All confirmations will be sent electronically. You can update your email address in NWP Interactive at any time. Simply log in and click on “Update NWPi Profile” to get your personal NWPi Profile.

How do I cancel my session registration?
To cancel, click on the “Unregister” link next to the session you registered for. Cancel each session separately.
