E5 Developing and Responding to Teaching Demonstrations in the Invitational Summer Institute

In this interactive session, leaders from two NWP sites will share the specific strategies and processes by which they coach teachers in their invitational summer institutes in the development of their demonstration workshops. Because a workshop, like a piece of writing, develops from a process—moving through multiple stages of planning, presentation, and revision—participants in this session will explore the theory and practice behind the processes that lead to the development of effective teaching demonstrations.
