In Memory of Jim Gray, NWP Founder

1927-2005

With great respect and fondness we remember Jim Gray, founder of the National Writing Project, who passed away November 1, 2005. Jimís vigorous spirit and pioneering vision touched our lives and the lives of thousands of teachers and students across the country. The National Writing Project is Jimís gift to us, and he will remain in our hearts and minds as we carry on his legacy for many years to come. We will miss you, Jim.
