The Northwest Arkansas Writing Project (NWAWP) hosted the inaugural Instructional Coaching Conference with more than 100 educators attending. With support from a WE CARE grant, the conference brought together educators at Hellstern Middle School to enhance their coaching skills in supporting teacher learning. Keynote speakers and breakout sessions, led by NWAWP Director Vicki Collett and others, emphasized coaching values, mindsets, and effective conversations, providing a platform for valuable professional growth within the Northwest Arkansas education community.
