Chicago Public Schools teacher Dave Roche created a bicycle-powered bookmobile to support students in his community in reading this summer. Roche is a Panda New Teacher Fellow, an NWP program funded by a grant from the Panda Cares Foundation, that provides leadership opportunities for new teachers working in high-poverty schools.
