Congressional Earmark of $647,000 Fuels Shepherd University National Writing Project’s Launch

Shepherd University National Writing Project (SUNWP), recently established with efforts from its Department of English, History, and Modern Languages, has been awarded a significant $647,000 congressional earmark from senators Capito and Manchin.
