Connecticut Writing Project at Fairfield Secures Grants for Youth Literacy and Teacher Training Programs

Dr. Bryan Ripley Crandall, director of the Connecticut Writing Project (CWP)-Fairfield, has secured funding from three grants for writing initiatives. The grants include support for Young Adult Literacy Labs, Summer Leadership Institute for Teaching Writing, student summer literacy camps, and a program called Writing Our Connecticut Lives Collective. These initiatives aim to empower young writers, foster literacy, and create supportive communities within schools.
